Things are shaping up
Our Weaver Patties (Original and Italian) are nature's perfect shape - the circle. But kids might not see the fun in eating something so symmetrical. Try using cookie cutters to liven them up.
Heat the Patties according to the instructions on the box. Be sure to let them cool enough to be safe to handle by little hands. Use cookie cutters to create fun, tasty chicken shapes. Imagine a plate with a pair of gingerbread-man-shaped chicken people!
Of course, the leftover parts of the Patty are still very good to eat. Cut these up and use them in a salad, or fill the empty shape left after cutting with a piece of bread cut with the same cutter.

Eat out at home
If the weather outside is frightful, then make the indoors more delightful with a little imaginative play. Set the scene for adventuresome eating inside your house. Any room of your home can be transformed with a bit of pretending.
If your family enjoys camping, set up a tent by using a sheet draped over a couple of dining room chairs. Set blankets around in a circle and have an outdoor picnic lunch or dinner inside your house! Of course, you will have the luxury of using your kitchen appliances to cook up some tasty Weaver chicken instead of having to search for firewood.
Your family may not be the outdoors type. Try using your kitchen as the setting for a restaurant. Your kids may want to make menus out of cardboard or construction paper (featuring delicious Weaver chicken, of course). Take turns being the waitstaff and customers. If your children are old enough, they may want to be the chef and prepare your meal for a change.
Let your imagination wander and talk it over with your kids. Their minds may come up with something you never would have considered - a lunch in outer space, for example.
